Smoked Haddock Jumble

Ingredients:

500gm Smoked haddock
50gm pasta per person
200gm cherry tomatoes
1 bunch of spring onions
50gm Butter

Method:
Deskin the fish and check for bones. Cut fish into 1 inch chunks.

Cook the pasta and run under cold water when cooked to stop the cooking.

Put the butter and the fish in a pan with a lid on it and cook gently till the fish is cooked.

In the mean time chop the cherry tomatoes into halves and chop the spring onions into ittle slices. When fish is cooked at the pasta, tomatoes, spring onions into the pan and put the lid bak on. Stir every 3 or 4 mins to make sure everything is mixed up.

Serves with any bread of your choice and add some seasoning if you like.
