BBQ Curried Leg of Lamb

Ingredients:
Leg of lamb, cut into cubes
For the marinade:
85 grams plain yoghurt
25 grams ginger
5 garlic cloves
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp garam masala
red chilli powder to taste
dash of vegetable oil

Method:
Blend marinade ingredients, coat lamb cubes and leave in the fridge overnight.
Thread four pieces onto water soaked skewers and BBQ, turning often, for 12-14 minutes. If the weather demands an indoor BBQ and you’re cooking on the grill, 10-12 minutes should do it!
